David was a pleasure to work with on the phone and in person. He clarified what we needed done once he arrived and got straight to work. He did an excellent job rekeying several locks and installing a new dead bolt at my home. The cost was reasonable and less expensive than quotes from other locksmiths I contacted. I do a lot of pet sitting but this was the 1st time I’ve locked myself out of a clients home (they have an older home with old locks that open from the inside while locked on the outside) . One of their EXTRAORDINARY contractors: Elijah B., was EXCEPTIONAL.A TOTAL,TOTAL "extra miler" in service. Arrived early, stayed longer than required or expected. Diagnosed issue twice, demonstrating, showing screens and explaining each step he took with each of his 3 "tech tools", to insure accuracy. Searched for multiple "out of the box" solutions, I'd guess not commonly searched for, also a search for OEM parts other than at a dealer/stealer. Obtained part from a dealer BUT, was able to negotiate a better price for it than the one they listed!In the end, his solution was 100% out of the box, more than likely would NEVER have been considered by other locksmiths.Had it not been for his BRILLIANCE with ALL the issues, would have faced SIGNIFICANTLY more complicated solutions, both in time and monies.110% recommend All Hour Locksmith AND especially: Elijah B!
