One of their EXTRAORDINARY contractors: Elijah B., was EXCEPTIONAL.A TOTAL,TOTAL "extra miler" in service. Arrived early, stayed longer than required or expected. Diagnosed issue twice, demonstrating, showing screens and explaining each step he took with each of his 3 "tech tools", to insure accuracy. Searched for multiple "out of the box" solutions, I'd guess not commonly searched for, also a search for OEM parts other than at a dealer/stealer. Obtained part from a dealer BUT, was able to negotiate a better price for it than the one they listed!In the end, his solution was 100% out of the box, more than likely would NEVER have been considered by other locksmiths.Had it not been for his BRILLIANCE with ALL the issues, would have faced SIGNIFICANTLY more complicated solutions, both in time and monies.110% recommend All Hour Locksmith AND especially: Elijah B!
